I offer bespoke one to one for that personal touch or for some added funn and competition bring a friend or two along (max group size up to 5 people)

Massage Therapy

From a relaxing therapeutic style massage to help alleviate any stresses and strains and tension.

 

A “deep tissue” massage for stiff and sore muscles caused by different types of exercise and activity, from poor posture sat at our desks or in vehicles for long periods.

Or sports massage for certain injuries and conditions.

 

Flexibility and Mobility

95% of people don’t have full range of movement in their joints or muscles.

 

Developing your mobility and flexibility will not only improve your achievements in sports or exercise, but also, in how you carry yourself and move in everyday life. Helping to alleviate pains or discomfort and preventing injury.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does graemebarr.wellbeing offer any advise on nutrition?

Yes.  I am quaified in Sports Nutrition and can offer advice and support around nutritional intakea or a well balanced meal plan.

This can be geared towards a change in fitness program, to help loose fat or gain muscle. As ell as foods that can help with certain conditions.

How long is each session?

I normally offer a 55 minute PT, Flexibility class or massage session.  However I can easily adapt to suite your needs.  If our short of time i can cut down to 30 or 45minutes.  Again if you want a longer massage or Flexibility/Mobility session, we can open t up to 90 minutes.

Can I buy a pack of credits fir a redution in price?

Buy a single or a pack of credits and use them in a way that suits your goals and requirements. You can also mix what you use your credits (with the option to change which type of sessions you require as we progress)

Example:  10 credits and you buy 4 PT sessions 4 Flexibility and Mobility sessions and 2 Massages.  You can just mix and match as you please.

I will need 2 days’ notice for any session type change to plan for equipment sterilisation and transportation planning.
